Single Malt Scotch Whisky distilled at Bruichladdich in 2007 and matured exclusively in Fresh Vosne Romanee Barrique 003 for 13 years.

Only 265 70CL bottles worldwide. Bottled at a cask strength of 60.5% VOL.

Each bottle is individually hand numbered and this expression is bottled without chill filtration or colourants.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Maraschino cherries with maple bacon, sea spray and damp, earthy peat.

Palate: This is a full bodied whisky that coats your mouth and delivers heaps of biltong, coffee beans and cloves. Rich and intense peat smoke is balanced with sweet summer fruits battling it out in what is a surprisingly well balanced symphony.

Finish: A very long finish that gradually becomes drier and slightly tart. Lavender and peat smoke battle it out until the end.
