Single Malt Scotch Whisky distilled at Fettercairn in 2008 and matured exclusively in Bourbon Barrel 4622 for 10 years

Only 270 70CL bottles worldwide. Bottled at 48% VOL.

Each bottle is individually hand numbered and this expression is bottled without chill filtration or colourants.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Sweet with deep fudge notes and vanilla. A little honeysuckle lingers in the background.

Palate: Sweet vanilla and fudge come through first. There is a touch of florality whilst Peach Melba flavours stretch across the middle palate. The florality grows with a little water.

Finish: The fruity spirit character comes through on the finish with a little contrasting wood spice which then persists leaving the finish dry and spicy.
