Single Malt English Whisky distilled at The English in 2010 and matured in two 1st Fill Bourbon Barrels. The Whisky Baron has vatted these casks together to create his own signature style whisky bottled at 11 years of age.

Only 520 70CL bottles worldwide at 53.1% VOL. This expression is bottled without chill filtration or colourants.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Sweet notes from the 1st fill bourbon barrels are showcased on the nose; vanilla, toffee and coconut. The smoke is subtle but very much present.

Palate: A wonderfully sweet dram with the vanilla and coconut appearing once again. Frosted flakes dance along your mid palate and are backed up by a dry, earthy, mainland peat.

Finish: A battle between vanilla and smoke sees the vanilla come out on top for a short to mid length finish.
