Single Malt Scotch Whisky distilled at Glentauchers in 1997 and matured exclusively in Bourbon Barrel 3884 for 22 years.

Only 124 70cl bottles worldwide. Bottled at a cask strength of 48.1%VOL.

Each bottle is individually numbered and this expression is bottled without chill filtration or colourants.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Soft and plump baked apricots are joined by succulent peach melba, apple peels and lemon-tinged polish. Barley water provides softness whilst sunflower oil adds discernible depth. In the background, fruit-tea infusions and freshly picked mint leaves.

Taste: Bright and fresh with Galia melon, white grapes and freshly-picked apricots. Icing sugar sweetness rolls around the palate with candied lemon peels and a finely polished oak bowl.

Finish: White and yellow fruits linger and are livened by a dash of orange bitters.
